All fees must be paid on line. If you are receiving sponsorship to help pay for your son or daughter's fees, then please contact our treasurer Jen Novak at muskoka.treasurer@outlook.com to receive a password to be input during registration allowing you to bypass online payment.

Travel Players - 2024

All travel player fees will be paid on line unless external funding is being utilized.  Players must register on line for try outs - $20 fee and then for players that are awarded spots, fee will be automatically withdrawn in two equal installments on October 31, 2023 and March 31, 2024.  Player fees for 2024 are $670 for 13U and below and $720 for 15U and above

Travel players receiving sponsorship should connect with Jen Novak at  muskoka.treasurer@outlook.com to get the password that allows you to bypass online payment.  

We are pleased to announce our Muskoka Hornets travel team try out schedule for the 2023 season.  Important Note:  all players must register and pay the $20 try out fee on line prior to attending a try out.  This registration form will then be used for all player fees for 2023 Hornets travel teams.  Fees will be withdrawn in two equal installments, one at the end of September and one at the end of March, 2023.    Fees for 2023 for 13U and below are $650 and fees for 15U and above are $700.

Note: players are permitted to try out at more than one age slot but require Board approval in order to play out of age slot and this approval is only granted in exceptional circumstances.

Coach selection will be announced prior to try outs.

11U A - 2012-2013 - Peake Field - Wednesday Sept 7 at 6 pm, Thursday Sept 8 at 6 pm and Sunday Sept 11 at 2 pm

13U AA - 2010-2011 - Peake Field - two teams - AA team - Wednesday Sept 7 at 6 pm, Thursday Sept 8 at 6 pm and Sunday Sept 11 at 2 pm -13U A  - all tryouts above and Monday Sept 12 at 6 pm and Wednesday Sept 14 at 6pm

15U AA - 2008-2009 - McCulley - Wednesday Sept 7 at 6 pm, Thursday Sept 8 at 6 pm and Kerr Park - Sunday Sept 11 at 2 pm

18U AA - 2005-2007 - McCulley - Tuesday Sept 6 at 6 pm, Thursday Sept 8 at 6 pm and Sunday Sept 11 at 12 pm.

What do Players Get for Registering in the Hornets Houseleague Program?

All house league players receive team jersey, pants and hat. Teams will play one game per week and there are optional age specific practices every other Friday in Huntsville.  The season will start in mid-May on a Saturday and run until the end of August.

When Does the Season Start/End?

Season starts mid-May 2020 and ends at end of August.

What Does My Child Need to Play?

Each player should come equipped with an aluminum bat, batting helmet and jock/jill.  Equipment should be able to be purchased at local sporting goods stores.  Note: our league does have a limited supply of bats for each team.

Note - we are open to moving kids to the level they should be at keeping safety in mind. Please note level on the registration you would like your child to play in.
